you have just finished a parallel course or you are consulting for a simple pre-prosthetic preparation and you are unsure about what to do, OS is there to reassure you and guide you. You are welcome. Whatever your request or your level in orthodontics , OS brings you a turnkey solution.

What exactly should I send to establish my treatment plan?

The data categories are:

– The gender and age of the person concerned;

– Cephalometry (free webceph type)
– Scanners and CBCT;
– Information on castings;
– Datas on current TTT ;
– Information on medical history;
– Information on the implementation of the therapeutic means (alignment-leveling, inter-arch correction phase, finishing phase, etc.).
The User does not transmit on the Platform the patient's identity information, their contact details or any identifier such as their social security number, which is not information necessary to carry out the Service.

The clinical case is analyzed by a Partner who offers one or more therapeutic options. The User validates the therapeutic option and the desired equipment.
When the file is validated, the Partner transmits on the Platform within a reasonable time its detailed therapeutic recommendation organized by stage including:
– A summary of exhaustive clinical analysis
– The detailed therapeutic recommendation in every stage
– Explanations for each recommended therapeutic choice.

These deadlines are strictly indicative and may vary, in particular depending on the prior transmission by the User of all the information necessary to carry out each step.
When the Partner's advice is followed, the User provides the photographs and information necessary to monitor the results obtained by the Partner, particularly following the installation of dental appliances.
By express agreement, the Service provided by Orthospirits is strictly limited to a connection between Users and Partners authorized to provide a therapeutic recommendation opinion and to the provision of secure exchange tools. Orthospirits does not provide any advice to Users in their professional dental practice. Orthospirits cannot be held responsible for the results of the treatment, these depending on the treating practitioner, the only one authorized to treat the patient in the mouth and the only one bound by an estimate with the patient.

Does OS provide cephalometry?

No. Regarding cephalometrics, we have a list of free ceph providers (webceph type) in which you are welcome to use the resources available, but we will not point or plot points on your cephs for you because It's 2022 and there are many quick and inexpensive services we can do for you. We will help you interpret the ceph analysis once you have completed it.

What techniques do you not work with?

OS works in all techniques. If you work with a brand of aligners, you give us access to your account and we check and validate the digital set-up for all stages
If you are in multi-brackets, 18X25 or 22X28, straight-wire or not, vestibular or lingual, OS is there for you.
We can check your set-ups in the case of lingual fixed appliance or indirect bonding (nb the bonding heights depending on the case).
We are rather conservative regarding extractions and favor light and therefore more physiological forces.

For which clinical cases will I really need you?Which cases are at risk?

Do not take these cases. Refer out unless you have an orthodontist to help you. • Impacted canine cases. • Full Step Class 2 Cases. • Negative overjet up to 2mm. • Openbite in adults more than 4mm or ANY openbite 1-4mm without OMT treatment • Any Perio cases with crown to root ratios less than 1:1
• Cas canines incluses.

Aucune dent manquante ou incluse sauf 3èmes molaires.
• Aucun antécédent de maladie parodontale présente ou passée.
• Léger à modéré (moins de 6 mm) Encombrement ou espacement.
• Overbite (morsure profonde) entre 10%-70%. Pas de béance.

What are the cases achievable by align ?

Le secret du succès est la sélection des cas . Il faut évaluer la faisabilité d’un traitement par aligner avec des protocoles adéquats. Car l ‘algorithme viscoélastique ne tient pas compte de la physiologie du patient . Souvent celui-ci vous orientera vers une expansion transversale et/ou sagittale(vestibuloversion des incisives ) dangereuse pour le parodonte . Il est donc parfois utile de commencer par un traitement hybride (phase de multi-attaches fixe sectionnelle courte) ou de recourir à un traitement par extraction .
Nous vous guidons dans cette démarche , à mieux identifier les cas d’aligner , vous aidant sur les cas complexes et , de fait , diminuant les modifications nécessaires et les gouttières de finition qui sont tout sauf gratuites .Car elles impliquent une frustration certaine et coûteuse par le temps praticien consommé , les rendez-vous supplémentaires et une certaine lassitude du patient.

Quels avantages apportez vous en plus par rapport à un set-up d’aligner virtuel ?

Nous vous offrons une optimisation du set-up virtuel par notre attention aux détails et un plan de traitement customisé. Notre plan de traitement révisé vous offre une approche holistique, centrée sur le patient, produisant des résultats stables et précis et permettant de diminuer le temps de traitement , le nombre de gouttières et les set-up de finition toujours frustrants et coûteux en temps praticien et assistante . C’est une erreur de concevoir un set-up virtuel comme un plan de traitement réel. Un mythe à éclaircir. D’abord , seul un certain pourcentage du mouvement virtuel de chaque dent est effectivement réalisé en bouche ; la viscoélasticité de la gouttière ne transfère pas l’énergie aussi efficacement qu’un multi-attaches et n’offre pas la même précision biomécanique.
l’algorithme sait parfaitement produire un alignement parfait , méthodologie attractive d’un logiciel , mais ne saura pas correspondre aux spécificités biologiques de votre patient . Cette architecture algorithmique peut même induire des mouvements indésirables et irréalistes car ne considérant pas le processus de croissance , le vieillissement du patient , l’influence musculaire , le parodonte ou les impacts esthétiques du traitement.

How are coaching sessions conducted?WHAT is the time allowed for ZOOM? ?

Le fondateur, le docteur ARZEL conduit personnellement la session. Notre site est complètement en ligne, sans papier et offre un mail sécurisé. Notre session A-La-Carte est pour les docteurs qui ont juste une question, un cas clinique complexe (NB pré-prothétique) à discuter. Il suffit de prendre rendez-vous pour un zoom. Celui-ci dure 20 minutes. Toutefois, la priorité au niveau rendez-vous par web est donnée à ceux qui ont pris l’option VIP, gold ou silver. Votre rendez-vous dépendra de la grille de rendez-vous mais sachez que le mail sécurisé est disponible 365 jours par an 24H sur 24.

Peux t’on se rencontrer en personne pour une journée coaching en cabinet ?

Il est toujours possible d’arranger un déplacement à votre lieu de travail pour une journée complète. Ceci fera l’objet d’un devis préalable.

Is communication done by email?

Oui, par l’intermédiaire de notre mail sécurisé, vous envoyez vos données et en retour un plan de traitement complet est envoyé. Vous aurez au préalable choisi votre option de traitement (aligner, fixe lingual ou vestibulaire avec ou sans collage indirect).

What orthodontic brands do you work with? We are not bound by any brand. We are able to coach on a wide variety of techniques and brands.

Can I cancel my subscription? Which one should I choose?

Subscription duration. The subscription is taken out for a fixed and firm period of one (1) year from payment, unless otherwise stated on the Platform or in the personalized quote accepted by the User. Unless termination is requested at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the end of the annual subscription, this subscription then continues for a period of one (1) month at the rates in effect on the Platform and may be terminated at any time. Termination can be done from the User's account settings.
Change of subscription plan. The User can choose a superior plan if their needs increase. In the event of a change of subscription plan, the User commits to one (1) full year of commitment regardless of the date of their change of plan. The amount withdrawn will be automatically adjusted according to the rates in effect on the day the change of plan is validated. The change of plan is applicable from the following month and any month started is due according to the current rates of the current plan, including in the event of a modification of the subscription during the month. Unless expressly agreed in advance by Orthospirits, it is not possible to choose a lower formula from the Platform.

How can I pay?

Payment by credit card. The User chooses the bank direct debit method with the secure systems and services provided by third parties on the Platform and subject to their own contractual conditions over which Orthospirits has no control. In this case, payment is made by SEPA direct debit or from the bank card information provided. By providing their banking information during the sale, the User authorizes the account to be debited for the amount of the price indicated on the Platform. The User guarantees to Orthospirits that he has the authorizations that may be necessary to use the payment method selected when validating his payment on the Platform. The tacit renewal of the subscription is automatically paid with the same means of payment.
